the self improvement guru

1. i've lost about 10 pounds so far with the diet still going strong.

2. i'm cooking my own meals now and have increased the fruits and vegetables i eat and eliminated all sugary soda.

3. i iron my clothes after i wash them

4. i clean my entire apartment once a week

5. in the past two weeks i've met and hung out with four new people

6. i've started practicing my piano several times a week

7. i've been trying more innovative things than simply the bar and restaurant scene; last week i went to go see ira glass and this weekend i went to a hip hop show in a shoe store. next weekend i'm going to try to organize a hike.

8. these are all on a list of things that i made two weeks ago that i said i needed to accomplish in order to feel more fulfilled. so therefore i feel more fulfilled.
